Someone contacted me about a retirement party for their father. He had worked for Michelin for 32 years and they were having a huge retirement party. They wanted a very special cake that would feed a large party. This would be the largest and most complex cake I had every done.
This past Saturday I delivered the “Michelin Man Cake” in pieces and assembled it there. They were pleased with the outcome and cameras were clicking all around it. I want to thank my customer for having faith in my ability to make this happen for them and for the opportunity to challenge my skills.
