We will gladly refund website purchases (less PayPal fees) for any cancellations when we receive notice 30 days or more before the delivery/pickup date providing the product was never picked up. Once products are picked up they can not be returned. Cancellations made within 14 to 30 days will receive a 50% refund.
Cakes ordered must be cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled pick up date to receive a refund for monies paid. If items have already been purchased for your cake order the refund will be less the amount of that purchase.
Registration fees for classes will be refunded at 50% if notice is received within 14 to 30 days of class starting.
Please note: Paypal is no longer refunding fees. Therefore all refunds paid will be less the fees kept by Paypal.
